The poop may be harder to see in the pool but there were several spots and at least 3 floating feathers. We are new here and the lady left we have no idea if it's part of her job. That is why I posted here did not know how common this was if the chlorine or chemicals covered for that etc etc. We went to the phone and it looked more like a 911 phone. Plus it's Sunday are the office I would assume would be close. That is why I asked here so I could report it.

I'm with you. When there are employees present, looking right at an obvious problem, and they do nothing to indicate they even SEE a problem, they're either complicit, oblivious, lazy, apathetic, or all of the above.
Residents-pool users or villagers using any facility here should not have to tell people to do their job to correct something they're looking right at, and then reprimand/report them if they do not respond. Even if there is no problem, you can't have residents telling people to do their job and how.
Call the Rec Dept. and report this. We shouldn't have to tell anyone that manure needs to be cleaned up. It's so basic that it casts doubt on how much effort they'd exert on much bigger problems. Plus, the way things go here, some villagers will decide that since ducks swim and poop in the pool, their dog has the right to do the same. You don't think so? Just wait.......
