The poop may be harder to see in the pool but there were several spots and at least 3 floating feathers. We are new here and the lady left we have no idea if it's part of her job. That is why I posted here did not know how common this was if the chlorine or chemicals covered for that etc etc. We went to the phone and it looked more like a 911 phone. Plus it's Sunday are the office I would assume would be close. That is why I asked here so I could report it.

Since you are new, you may not know this forum is not connected to The Villages in any official capacity. It is privately owned. Also, since you are new, you may not know that the person who opened the pool may have reported it. The person who opened the pool and the person who cleans the pool are two different people. The person who opened the pool is a villager, a neighbor, and those folks working at rec centers are usually very helpful and nice. I doubt very much if she would have ignored it, if she had seen it.
If you are wondering who to call, call the sales office number. Many times over the years I have called the person on duty and she/he always directed me to the right person who knows how to handle almost any situation. The people who answer the phones are very well trained. Unless you see a person who may be up to something, or looks suspiciously out of place, than do the "see something, say something" and call the sheriff's number.
