As far as anyone is concerned, it as done as it will ever be. Too much of a tourist trap to complete. If it ever quits making money and isn't an historical landmark, I'm sure they would sell the house for the land. Strange house, though. Sad that Ms. Winchester was so afraid of death that she let her superstitions overcome her.
