Another big shout out for Ryan O'Cull with Garage Doors, Inc. Our garage door had an intermittent problem (would sometimes go down and stay down, other times would go right back up). Called him and said he would be at the house in 20 minutes (yep) and 20 minutes later, had a new switch installed and tightened the chain.
