We used two different management companies fired them both due to a tremendous amount of issues at her house. The only way that we knew was we made surprise visits and was shocked at what was going on with our house. We use Thevillagers4rent and rent the home our self we only do long term and have been completely happy ever since. This way you get to choose who lives in your house. Management companies can rent your house January February and March and that's about it you can do that on your own without paying any fees.
