Probably more than Obie or Chillary. Obie still thinks there are 57 states, so what he knows about other countries is probably just as limited...other than Africa, which he seems to know quite well. Chillary spent more air miles traveling the world and still doesn't know anything about foreign policy. Trump will have experts working for him, not political donors and people he owes. Most of the experts working for Trump will probably owe him, and not the other way around.

Obie and Chillary are dedicated to selling America piece by piece, while Trump wants to take back America in totality.
