referring back to the OP's post. The fact of the matter is that every driver has an obligation. I am not picking the fly p---p out of the pepper when I see this. for example at a four way intersection you are given the green light you still have an obligation to proceed with caution looking peripherally in both direction before proceeding. for simplicity sake if an accident occurs its usually the guy who ran the red light fault for a number of reasons. In law its called the "last clear chance doctrine" No I am not a lawyer but I think like one I'd be honored to handle your claim
