Libertarian party has it's own electors.

Each party has their own electors. If Dems get the majority, their electors are used. If the Reps win the majority, their electors are used. If the Libs were to win, then their electors would be voting.
You're right, it is corrupt, it's the political parties that have to go. There is where the power and corruption is brought together.
