E.O.s in themselves are not as important as what they say. A president can sign a thousand E.O.s regarding appreciation days, days of prayer, etc. We were speaking of E.O.s regarding the contradiction of law. And Obama has done it. Many times, he has done it. I said, I bet he has done it more than any other president, and that was in relation to his E.O.s going to the Supreme Court for a decision on whether or not they were constitutional.

I never said anything about the amount of E.O.s in total as compared to other presidents. Has there ever been another president that has had so many controversial E.O.s, other than possibly Carter or Clinton? And that is just a guess.
