OK I'll be the first man to admit it:

If, God forbid, my wife leaves this earth first - I would absolutely look for another mate. I can't imagine not sharing my life with someone else. Friends are great but having the intimacy of another soul at your side is irreplaceable. I don't need the formal marriage tag but...

My dad died over 20 years ago and my mom lived the 'single life' until last year. She met a man of the same age last summer and she is giddy as a school girl all over again at the age of 70. My sisters and I are so happy for her. Not sure if she'll make it formal but she's moved in with him and we wouldn't have it any other way.
