He is an artist from El Paso. I Googled him to see what came up. I might have seen some of his work when touring the University of Texas at El Paso in late Fall of 2001 when I went there to interview for a law librarian position there, they were thinking of creating.

I think I messed up the UTEP interview and aftermath with my survivors' rights stuff as I got a little too pushy. You do not mess with Texas. >
He might have used that canvas for previous works and then painted over it which would explain the interaction with the turpentine???
Was only in El Paso in 2001 for about a day. They paid to fly me in and then right out again so I did not get to see any of the sights, meet any of the people, etc.
Maybe this man looks at TOTV???
