Pres. O has plenty of unfinished business . He will not go quietly .
He will appear early and often on any broadcast no matter who the new President may be .
Only former Republican Presidents have honored the long held dictum that once out of office they should remain silent about the policies of the new administration .
Carter is still running his mouth and never stopped . Bill never shut up and Obie will continue in the same style .
