I posted yesterday asking if anyone had info on a company we are dealing with as we have been unable to get them to return calls for 6 weeks or more. I received 1 PM from a name I won't mention. I messaged him back "privately". Or so I thought. Well much to my surprise we finally heard from the company today and only because of this post. The person who sent the pm went directly to the company. They actually emailed a copy of my post. So angry and not sure if this person is actually a troll. I will discuss with the moderator to figure it out. Right now just feel so deceived TOV has been so helpful in the past
You should be careful with Private Messages anywhere on the Internet as you are never sure with whom you are talking.

TOTV is pretty good with security and the like.

Be very careful with your e-mail address and whom you give it to as I shared my e-mails with someone who was also cyberstalking me as well as cyberbullying me for about five years. (2001-2006) He used many different aliases on Findlaw but pretended to be a friend.

I have had few problems the nine years or so I have been of TOTV. Document stuff if you do have a problem of any kind by printing off any suspicious e-mails and keeping them in a safe place. You might also want to copy in trusted friends.
