The passing thru driver hit his brakes and turned to the right hoping to avoid the accident. Sadly the driver hit the raised curbing flipping his cart on it's side and ejecting the driver. The driver had some serious skin injuries, but refused any 911 calls after his cart was righted on it's wheels.[/
