Gov't in general doesn't change much of anything because the republicans block anything from happening including useful legislation that most Americans agree on. Good job republicans, way to move our country forward. You even got rid of your speaker because he was try to get both parties on same page to pass legislation. At least Obama is trying to accomplish things even if you don't agree with him
Unless if course you are in business for yourself and have MD or DO after your name (PCP). Then, what you do is NOT get paid for treating patients. Thusly, NOT see them as patients. You have them go to the ED where they are a burden to the rest of society while you fight ever lowering reimbursement rates from Insurance providers and laughable "loss leaders" on Medicare patients. Then, people can complain that they can not find a doctor who "takes their plan" while they bitch about co-pays.

Obama has DESTROYED healthcare in this country, even more so for the under-employed and those who would prefer to opt out of coverage (most people between 18-35). But, in some delusion those who are 18-35 will somehow pay for the care of those who are older and needing care...heck of a system, sure worked with Social Security.....
