OK, first you still have all your office programs and files after being upgraded to Windows 10. The issue may be that the icons you used to use to access the programs are no longer valid. You can re create the icons easily by going to C:\program files\Microsoft Office 15\Root\Office15 Scroll down until you find the program you are looking for, excel outlook word ect, and then right click on the file, a menu will pop up and you can then choose create shortcut.
