There are always people who've moved here and, in 40 years of working like a dog in someone else's employ, they never got to be the BOSS over other poor slobs whom they figure should have been fired.
But here, like everywhere else, if you want to be the BOSS, you have to put your money where your mouth is, and
buy the business. (Or apply, get hired, and work your way up to being BOSS.)
