I imagine the cars honking were not doing it for support of these crazies but to let the ladies know they are stupid.
It is not news worthy unless they are throwing rocks or eggs and injuring people passing by. Did that happen? Ooops, forgot that this was not Hillary or Bernie demonstrators.
