I hope people will help with checking out what your local library has about mental illness and education about it.

It seems so much harm comes from ignorance about mental illness as well as not knowing where to go for help or not asking for it.

Please Google Taltarzac725 too for my own story about the abuse of power and mental illness labels and the like and my twenty-five year old struggle to empower survivors/victims of crimes for access to practical information in or through libraries. It is quite relevant to 2016.
Last night I watched a segment by Dr. Amen (yes, that is correct) on PBS called "On the Psychiatrists Couch". He said that half the population suffer from some form of mental illness such as ADD (people who are impulsive and impatient?) and Anxiety neurosis (People who worry a lot and are more afraid?) I think a lot of people just assume that mental illness means very serious psychotic episodes that could harm others.
