Dan, you are so right! I don't understand how these people (so-called professionals) get away with it. My THIRD TV realtor hasn't bothered to call me since mid April? I don't get it. They act like they are God's gift and we should all be thankful that they're even giving us the time of day! What's with these people.
Compared to the agents in Los Angeles, where I have bought 6 homes in the years I have been here, I have never been treated like this. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt, they must deal with a lot of looky loos who probably drive them crazy, BUT, when you have a
bonafide buyer, why treat them like :edit:!!?
