Default CENTURY LINK - BE Cautious!!
Signed up for internet and TV and received first bill for $366.00. I new the first bill would be about 245.00 cause of buying modem and prorated the month (1 1/2 months). After 1 and 1/2 hours on phone found out the 1/2 month is not discounted on the bill. Charged $149. for the two prorated weeks. I was irate to say the least but after talking to 4 people they adjusted the bill.
