Are you talking about Guns, Germs, Steel? I read the book. That's why I suggested "The Bell Curve" as a counter point. It teaches what I personally believe, it's genetics. EVERYTHING in the real world points to that conclusion. EVERYTHING in past history points to that conclusion.

As for your link above... It's demographics. Women and minorities have increased their percentages in universities through affirmative action and quotas. White men went from being a majority to a minority. The majors have changed from STEM to the humanities and women's/minority's studies. It's demographics.

Besides, our educators and educational system is now #17 in the world. Not the best any more.
