I don't think it is this Chevron station in particular. I noticed the Chevron on 441 was $3.89 on Sunday morning -- $0.26 higher than the station by Albertson's. I know in California, Shell and Chevron had the highest prices with Shell about $0.02 higher than Chevron. Arco was usually the cheapest of the majors (and frequently cheaper than the "cheap" stations).
