It is a violation of federal law to transmit classifed information over an unsecured, unencrypted network. Classified information has to be safeguarded/secured in the minimum manner designated for that level of classification. Destruction of classified material has to be witnessed and documented. Clinton was not authorized to use a private server for gov business, let alone for transmitting classified information. Petraeus was convicted of a fraction of what Clinton did. He only had confidential material at his home. Hillary had secret and top secret in her home, without proper storage for it.

She is guilty, whether our corrupt government indicts her or not.
