No. Florida doesn't allow for the sale of assault rifles, except in very limited cases and subject to an onerous and expensive licensing process. What you mean is Florida allows for the sale of black scary looking rifles that LOOK like assault rifles. Remove the pistol grip, install a wood stock, remove the rails, and you have a lower powered hunting rifle.
