So you see. Banning AR-15s will do little to save lives. Banning ALL rifles will do little to save lives. What you want is to START with banning rifles. Then, when the gun murders do not go down, you will say we need to ban all handguns. NRA and its members know exactly what you want in the end. You want to ban and confiscate ALL firearms.
