Default Gutter Person? Roofing people?
We are in the middle of a deluge and I have a waterfall cascading off a corner where the screened lanai meets the enclosed lanai. The water is flowing right next to TWO downspouts that are producing NOTHING!! Whom should I call? Im 5' tall. There is no way I'm going up a ladder to see what's going on up there!
