Courage Under Fire (1996) - Rotten Tomatoes
I probably saw this is Burlingame, CA in 1996 or perhaps even as one of the first movies I saw after moving to Florida in the Summer of 1996. To Palm Harbor specifically where I lived from 1996-2005.
Worth a look if you have not seen it before and if you have you may want to see it again.
Many of the local libraries have pretty good collections on DVDs and some Blu-Rays as well.
