Basically, Trump is quite a bit like Sara Palin. Speaking plain talk and sounding tough like a plain American. Being handled by political handlers and spoon fed their teleprompter speeches - but sounding like a BUFOON when hey cannot control themself any longer and go off the canned speech.

Palin turned out to be a Republican liability - McCain would have won if not for her. Palin will always be looked at as a laughing stock.

Trump is also turning out to be a liability for the Republicans. Top Congressional Republicans are publically saying they will not vote for him. Trump already is a laughing stock.

He very well may find himself NOT the Republican candidate at the convention. What will he do then? Go away quietly? Run as an independent? Either way - Trump loses face and will be always a laughing stock - just like Palin (and her dysfunctional family).
