Easy to replace. Our tech told us it is VERY important to connect the negative terminal first, then the positive. That's about all you need to know.
I can understand someones battery going dead, but isn't this article about LOTS of phones going dead. Sorry to sound mixed up , but you are talking about buying a battery going dead in your personal phone, correct?
