Mrs. Barefoot, we

found a perfect

home for us.

House is great,

roof is not,

negotiation started an

hour ago. We

shall see. We

have a rental

in Springdale up

north that is

beautiful for now.

We want the

purchase to go

smoothly but what

does ever go

smoothly? Rolling with

the punches is

easier in TV.

At least we

are here thankfully.
