Obviously, he is much better. So far, he has not gotten anyone killed (as far as we know), he is not being investigated for mishandling national secrets, he is not being investigated for Tax Fraud and he is not being investigated for taking Foreign donations. Since all politicians are liars, I will not say he isn't a liar, but Hillary is a pathological liar. And that is worst than your every day, average lying politician.

So YES, he is slightly higher on the political scale.
