I just has a wonderful experience. My AC went out in the early morning hours this morning. I called Munns, my AC service provider for nearly 20 years. Munns could not come to my home until 2 PM to 4PM and has a $85 diagnostic charge ( this is just to tell me what is wrong).
I decided to call Chuck Farrell, this AC service company has received many rave reviews on TOTV. I was able to talk directly with Mr. Farrell. In conclusion, a repairman was at my home within 10 minutes, and a very reasonable fee for the repairs of only $130. I am now a true Chuck Farrell fan, and he will get all my future service needs.
