I have another paranoid neighbor on my street that you should get to know. You two both think that the gov and everyone else is spying on you. Can't you read or watch the news and make up your own mind as to what is legit and what is not? Remember, when you think that everyone else is out there is crazy, it is you that is most likely the crazy one.
