With the current system you can go online to
Village Community Development Districts. Click pay utility bill, enter your account number & address hit enter and your bill total will come up. Then pay by electronic payment or if you prefer for a small fee you can use your CC.
When the new system comes online I believe paperless will be available. Awaiting answer from my contact.
