This pricing plan will be in effect for 2 years they said, so I'll call them in 2 years to get whatever the new pricing is. I still think it's too much but it's reliable service and I'm happy they threw me a bone for the $47 per month discount.

Almost all of them do when one threatens to cancel their service.

I find it ironic they give deals to new customers and don't reward existing or long time customers.
