Are they EVER the MOST qualified? Not in my experience. Most women get affirmative action and quotas just like minorities...why? Because they NEED them because they're VERY seldom the BEST choice. Men can do just about EVERYTHING better than women. That's why there are always a mens and womans division. To "level" the field.
