I believe that what you are doing is adding the more expanded version which she stated a few days after she initially said that she was going to be putting a lot of coal-miners out of business et al.
Once the rock throwing started she found a venue to " expand " on her original statement by trying to claim that she could put them all back to work with " clean energy jobs ".
A giant lie but hey -- what difference does it make anyway ! NONE . Because her last name is CLINTON !
