You are looking at a fundamentally challenging operation. The battery is under the seat and once started the golf cart will begin to move with the jumper cables still attached. The engine will stop as soon as you take your foot off the gas to disconnect the jumper cables. You may need some period of continuous operation to charge the battery enough. This is probably not an entirely impossible operation if you are quick about disconnecting the jumper cables from your car and don't mind driving around a bit with them sticking out from below the seat but I really think you need to put a charger on the battery and forget about jumper cables.
