The reason for the drop out rates is not how difficult college is. It isn't. It's because many would rather party, some drop out to get married and some just loose their motivation. There is a lack of self-reliance and self-discipline in Americans now. The easier it becomes to have a decent lifestyle, the lazier and less motivated our citizens become.
Hillary is catering to Bernie's voter base, by lying. She is also catering to the blacks right now by telling everyone that whites need to listen to them. There is a petition that has gone to the president to deem Black Lives Matter as a Terrorist Group. Obama says they are like our historic patriots, but he fails to realize that the protesters he associates them with were NOT violent and they did not advocate the murdering of the police. Hillary is catering to the BLM cretins, and it will likely backfire on her. There is also a majority that believe that she should be indicted and they have a petition with double the needed signatures already. So, keep tuned in because Hillary and Obama are about to find out that they are loosing their popularity real fast. Americans may be ready to believe a lot of shysters and be fooled some time, but after a while they start to realize they have been conned.

I think Ben Franklin said it best:
“I am for doing good to the poor, but...I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer.”
