I am 4'11" and bought a Ca Roadster. It fits me like it was custom made for me. My husband can drive it too, but he has to use a more spread eagle leg position. Where as I cannot drive his cart without a pillow behind me and one under me. Can't see out and cant reach the wheel or the pedals comfortably or safely.
Love my Ca Roadster! It is cute and comfy and super reliable!
Good luck finding a cart that works for you or a modification that works. The pedal extenders offered by Carts and Clubs are great BTW.
