If he has been barred from all recreational amenities he may well be able to claim a waiver of the $145.00 per month fee. Perhaps that is one of his court claims?
And without knowledge of the petitions made in his lawsuits I cannot judgment comment
I don;t believe that people want to be unhappy but rather they do not know how to be happy. Perhaps if not a medical condition, then perhaps whatever tragedy(s) that came into his life he has not been able to properly process it. He appears to be in a lot of mental pain. He needs professional help and I say that with great empathy for this guy. I pray there is someone in his life looking out for him. Having said that its clear people should not have to carry his burdens or be subjected to his rants, etc
