No shame in it, but don't expect everyone to bend over backwards for you either. You want "equality" with privilege. There's no shame in it, but it will make your life tougher.
You act like all we do is screw with minorities. I personally want as little to do with them as possible, why do you think we moved to 97% whiteville? If they all disappeared tomorrow, we'd be thrilled to never again have to mention them.
