In the on going saga, I had scheduled a crew to come out today to trim the bushes between 8 and 10a. They were a no show, called the office and was told there was no way they could fit me in today, even though I had a appointment that had been arranged by them. Wound up speaking to Dave Stone, the manager, who blamed their poor performance of late on the heat and was told that we were free to look for another service if we wanted.
