Look at the golf courses. The only place they collect the clippings is on the greens and that is only because they would interfere with putting. On the fairways, rough and tees, the clippings are left to decompose.

Wow,this is good to enrich the ground, good idea but on places with no lawns, use the large brown bags, they are bio degradable and available in hardware and grocery stores.
