Probably El Cortez CYVs. I rented there seems lots were exclusively rental properties due to the closeness of square. Weekly, monthly, or longer was the rates. Even the lady next door complained about all the rentals properties that been brought up. She also didn't like temporary people in the Chula Vista pool.
