We have 50,000 years of "living in a civilization" over them. It's why they CAN'T assimilate into modern societies, they're not genetically equipped. They were never "socially domesticated". They were found wild, living in the wild...that's how they are in the inner cities today. They never assimilated because they can't. It's like sending a toddler out into the world...they're not equipped to succeed. It's destined to failure.
