Because " IT " is all about her Legacy her determination to be forever remembered and recalled in World History .
She really has no interest in the day to day , month after month and year after year hard work that an engaged and hard working president should be putting into the job .

If she could she would be Inaugurated and then turn the day to day over to her staff and never ver hold a true and open unscripted Press Conference .
The after 4 years she would proclaim a huge Victory not run for a second Term and leave office to become a Billionaire .
