So, now that we have that out of the way, lets talk about the wall/fence around the White House. They plan to raise it to 11 feet. Now, is that to keep people out that can come in free anyway, or is it to keep the animals residing there inside? .. And they DON'T want a fence or wall on the border to keep criminals out. Go figure.
