Consider this, excuse the brief reply. Some persons who seek political office will almost kill to get there, or as some say, have killed to get there or stay there. Another item, once in, they fight kick and scream to stay on the gravy wagon. Another item, in order to change the basic structure it has to be APPROVED by Congress.
So come on now, they are going to be willing to have term limits, other limits too?
